Arbor Place was developed in 2008 by Birchgrove Property. This well located estate provided a range of allotments to suit every lifestyle from 1 acre parcels to compact alloments located close to central Bendigo.

Arbor Place sold its last available allotment in June 2010.

Arbor Place is located nearby to the current subdivision being undertaken by Birchgrove Property which comprises the Evergreen Links Estate in Jackass Flat.
